Robin Royals is the Founder and President of RC Royals & Associates, LLC (RCRA), a consulting firm specializing in Complexity Management & Strategic Execution. For more than four decades, he has helped organizations improve performance by transforming complexity into clarity, alignment, and measurable results.

Robin’s executive leadership experience includes PricewaterhouseCoopers, General Electric, Eaton Corporation, and Michigan National Bank. His work has spanned strategic planning, organizational transformation, workforce development, and organizational performance across both domestic and international environments.

Robin is the author of A Safe Pair of Hands and THE ROYAL WAY™, works that reflect the evolution of RCRA’s approach to organizational performance and Complexity Management & Strategic Execution. Together, they serve as the Related Technical Instruction (RTI) supporting RCRA’s U.S. Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship occupations.
